Lenski’s Mission Statement: To educate all students for the future by challenging every individual to continuously learn, achieve, and act with purpose and compassion. In other words, we help students become better readers, writers, problem solvers, and makers of friendships.
Our Blue Ribbon School of Excellence designation by the U.S. Department of Education establishes Lenski as one of America’s most successful schools and recognizes our commitment to excellence for all students. The Colorado Department of Education also ranks Lenski among the highest-performing public schools in the state and awarded us the John Irwin School of Excellence award seven consecutive years. In 2004, the American Library Association awarded our media center National Library of the Year.
